Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
