Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify customers if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post / Courier Services):
Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier or postal service issues beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $40 AUD within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand international shipping in the future.
Damages & Issues
Bamboo Essence is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately at support@bambooessence.com.au so we can resolve the issue.
